I reached out to oki.com support about a printer problem, and to be fair, they did get back to me. It just took longer than I expected, and the first reply felt generic, almost like they were trying to see if I’d give up after the standard troubleshooting steps. I had to explain the same issue again, which was a little annoying.
After a few back-and-forth messages, they finally helped me sort it out, so I can’t say it was a bad experience overall. It just felt slower than it needed to be, and at the beginning I got the impression they were sticking to a script instead of really checking what was going on. Not awful, but not exactly impressive either.
"Really not worth the price"
I was disappointed with this. For what I paid, I expected a lot better, but it just feels overpriced for what you actually get. I don’t usually complain, but in this case I feel like some kind of refund or compensation would be fair

I just needed a simple spare part, but it felt like my basic request was ignored. There were no parts available, and getting any real help was way harder than it should have been.
"Decent printer, but the speed is just okay"
I use my oki printer mostly for regular office stuff, and for smaller print jobs it’s been fine. They come out quickly, so for everyday documents I don’t really have much to complain about.
But once I print bigger files or color pages, it, actually, let me put it this way, it slows down more than I expected. It’s not awful or anything, just not as fast as I was hoping it would be.

"Warranty repair took longer than I expected"
From what I remember, the printer was still under warranty, so I figured getting it fixed would be straightforward. It really wasn’t. I had to go back and forth over email a bunch of times, and I’m sure I answered the same questions more than once. The repair did get done in the end, but it took weeks, and looking back, the whole process just felt way slower than it needed to be.

"Colors were a bit off"
The prints came out okay, but the colors were off, well, not completely wrong, but definitely different from what I expected. It’s noticeable enough that I’d think twice before ordering something color-sensitive again.

"Repair Took Much Longer Than Expected"
I had to wait several weeks for the repair to be completed, which was frustrating. The lack of clear updates didn’t really help either — communication could definitely have been better. Overall, not the smoothest experience.

"Decent printer, weirdly annoying toner hunt"
The printer itself is fine, honestly. It does what I need and I don’t have any huge complaints there. But trying to find toner for it has been such a hassle. One minute the Oki site says it’s out of stock, then it’s sending me off to random sellers, and the prices seem to change all over the place. I’m not asking for anything fancy, just basic toner. It shouldn’t feel like a scavenger hunt. So yeah, the printer is okay, maybe even solid, but the toner situation is frustrating enough that it kind of ruins the whole experience...

This printer feels like a cheap little junker. The casing cracked way sooner than it should have, and the buttons already feel loose and wobbly. It just doesn’t seem like it was built with any care at all...

This printer has been such a hassle. It stops working way too often, and the worst part is there’s never a clear message or explanation about what’s wrong. I’m left guessing every time, which gets really frustrating.

I ordered from oki.com i was second-guessing myself quickly. The checkout kept acting strange, the confirmation took longer than expected, and the shipping info wasn’t very clear. The product did show up eventually, but the whole ordering process was way more frustrating than it needed to be. I kind of wish I’d just bought it somewhere else.

The printer works fine overall, and I haven’t had any major problems with it. The only thing is the upkeep feels like a lot sometimes, cleaning it and checking parts gets kind of annoying after a while. That said, it does what it’s supposed to do, so it’s not a huge deal, just something to be aware of.

I’m sure I followed the steps correctly, but I just couldn’t get this set up. It felt way more frustrating than it should have, and after messing with it for a while, I gave up. Maybe I missed something, but the setup was a nightmare for me.

I found the manual useful at first, and it does cover what you need, but then a few sections had me second-guessing things. Maybe it’s fine overall, but yeah, some parts definitely could be clearer.

I used OKI to look up some printer info and download drivers, and overall it was straightforward. The site was easy enough to navigate and the pages loaded without any issues. It did take me a minute to track down the exact support page I needed, but once I found it, everything worked fine, if that makes sense

"Toner is getting way too expensive"
I like the printer well enough, but the toner prices are getting ridiculous. Every time it runs low, I feel like I’m stuck doing extra work just to compare prices and figure out if it’s even worth replacing. It shouldn’t be this much of a hassle or cost this much to keep printing

"The delivery saga was way too slow"
I ordered from oki.com thinking it would be a simple delivery, but wow, it turned into a whole waiting game. Days went by with barely any clear updates, so I was just sitting there wondering what was happening. It felt way more stressful than it needed to be. not happy with the experience at all.

They did end up helping me and the issue got sorted, so I can’t really complain too much. It just took longer than I expected. If it’s not urgent, it’s probably fine, but if you need a quick answer, it might be a little frustrating...

I was expecting better for the price. The prints are coming out dull and not as sharp as I’d hoped, even after messing with a few different settings. What’s frustrating is that it’s not really clear what I’m supposed to do next, keep adjusting things, contact support, return it? I just wish there were clearer instructions or guidance when the print quality isn’t right...

"Paper handling is okay, lol"
The printer works fine overall, but the paper jams happen a little more often than I was expecting, lol. The tray also seems kind of picky when I use thicker paper. It’s not terrible or anything, just average.
